Chuck Rauenhorst, President



Chuck has twenty years of experience in the executive search business. In 1996, he formed Rauenhorst Recruiting Company, a retained executive search firm specializing in building management teams for companies embracing the entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to starting his own firm, Chuck worked for twelve years for a national recruiting firm where he was a top performer placing sales professionals throughout the Midwest. Prior to entering the recruiting field, he worked as a business analyst where he consulted with companies ranging in size from $1mm to $50mm in size. He also was a teacher for five years prior to entering the recruiting profession.

Chuck has served in a number of offices with the Minnesota Association for Personnel Services including the office of president, he has been a group leader for Dale Carnegie's Training program, and has authored two publications, “How to Create an Effective Advisory Committee” and “How to Create an Effective Board of Directors”. While growing his firm, he has been active in a number of organizations: The Roundtable for Tec International, an organization dedicated to training business CEOs and founders, YMCA Roundtable, Rotary International, The Inner Circle, Skylight Club, Minneapolis Business Forum, the University of St. Thomas Family Business Roundtable, The Association for Corporate Growth and The National Association of Boards of Directors.
Chuck has a B.S. degree from the University of Hawaii.
