Ben David has an architectural/design background providing strategic information to candidates and clients throughout the Built Environment. Ben previously worked for a high-end custom residential architectural firm as a Draftsman, where he understands the importance of deadlines, documentation, and expected results from construction companies. Prior to that, Ben used to work for the University of Minnesota’s landscape team where he has relational experience coming from the field with firsthand experience of construction.

Ben is concentrating on the Earthwork, Underground Utility, and Heavy Civil construction industries providing National Contractors and Firms with extraordinary talent for growth and profitability. The companies Ben has assisted have met expected goals for doubling in growth, territory expansions, and succession planning to keep their companies increasing profits and efficiencies. Ben has successfully and consecutively placed top 5% performers within these arenas. He understands the importance of hiring talent that can take growing companies to the next level while maintaining their established company culture. Ben brings to Rauenhorst and construction-related companies realistic goals for building the ‘right’ team.

Ben has received his Bachelors of Design in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. He has participated in numerous construction-related events such as Minnesota Construction Association and The Bluebook.
