David Beatty brings to Rauenhorst Recruiting many years of experience in the wholesale distribution of construction products. He was most recently the director of sales and marketing for SPS Companies, a premier Upper Midwest supplier of plumbing, heating and sprinkler system products with multiple locations that were number one in the eyes of their customers. Prior to that, he was an owner of a very successful waterworks house, Davies Water Equipment Co. While with Davies he brought the house to national prominence. During those years he interacted with engineers, architects and contractors in every phase of the construction industry. This included working with clients in underground piping, water, the oil and gas well industries, plumbing and HVAC.

David’s experience as a senior manager allows him to understand the needs of the client when it is time to find a new employee. He has hired more than a hundred employees at all levels. His knowledge of the process of hiring and his ability to find the correct fit is invaluable. David was recognized by his peers and customers as someone that “got it done,” no matter what the project. David received his BS from Bemidji State University. His professional affiliations include AGC, ASA, AWWA, HARDI and NUCA.
